Ok that's what I was thinking. So pretty much just to sum it up, everyone is agreeing that I don't need something as big as the Harman pf120 for 4,000 sq ft correct?
I narrowed it down to two furnaces...any input?

You really need to do a heat loss calculation for your house. I doubt your house needs 100k furnace. You also need to consider some of the smaller units probably have a 900cfm fan if you have long runs you will not get much heat.
Do a heat loss. Figure out the cfm of your current setup as well. If you know your propane usage you can extract usage from that there's no reason to guess.

Last year the house went through 1,300 gal of propane ( however the water heater is propane also) so not all is from the furnace but most is. I did find out the existing furnace has an input BTU of 90,000 and output 86,000
Since the middle of the basement where the existing furnace is, is quite a ways away from a outside wall. So can I put it next to an outside wall and then run whatever size insulated flex ducting into the trunks of the existing furnace?

You dont want to use flex in a main trunk it has a lot of resistance branches its ok for if they are short. You would want to use rectangular duct preferable or round metal duct. Id be hesitant to put flex that close to the heat source as well although it is rated for it.
