I everyone,

I read a lot in that forum before making all my installation.

This is a Woodmaster Flex fuel 100K BTU with 400 gallon of storage with LK loading unit.
I have 30 KW electric backup in the basement of my house.

These is some picture of the final installation.

Nice looking install good looking dog too, my kids have choc lad like that. I'll be interested to hear how you like your new boiler as I am interested in one also. Good Luck Jim

Nice dog, looks like you are expected to throw that tennis ball once & awhile lol. The boiler is interesting, never heard of it before, Randy

Saaaawweeeeeeet looking job on the install there stewi5. Give us some information on that boiler. How did you end up choosing it? Who makes it and where, etc., etc. Thanks for sharing. Appreciated.

I purchase it because it's a very versatile boiler. For now i'm burning cord wood but if I whant I can easily convert it to pellet boiler. Another reason why I ended my choice on that boiler is because I have a dealer near here and I see it in action. It's the first year that I use wood for heating but it's seem to be very easy to operate. I made fire twice a day. It ridiculous how easy is to start a new fire. It have a large ash pan that I have to clean once every 2-3 week. For now i'm really happy with my purchase.

This week I hooked the plate exchanger for my domestic hot water. I install a flow switch in the cold water line so if it see some flow it's turn on the pump who supply the hot glycol. I have good result with that system.

I purchase that flow switch on ebay for 9$

It all looks good, did mine a little different, ran my tank as a zone with a plate. Lab looks cute, I got a min pin, you talk about a bark. Got mine done and been running now a week, the basement has been calling, and hot water. We haven't used the 10 bags of pellets we purchased, pretty impressed. I will post my pictures.

Cute flow switch, is it a SMC brand? Will it trigger with a small .5 gpm flow, like a sink faucet?

Love the pictures. Can you post some of the back of the unit? What's the size of the space you're heating?
