What's up with the arrow on the right side of the screen? An ad pops out every 30 seconds or so. Very annoying. Just noticed it today. Is there any way to get rid of it?

The "return to top" arrow's been there for a while.
Don't notice any difference with the ad's, but on my mobile device the site does seem a bit more jumpy as things load and re-load, resulting in a lot of misdirected clicks on my part, or maybe I'm just getting slower, either way, life goes on.

If it's an arrow on the bottom right corner of the screen, then clicking on that sends you back to the top of the page.
What does the ad say? Is it an ad or a message?
