Good Afternoon All,

I have listened from afar and gained valuable advice from you all. I am currently mulling over an Osburn Matrix insert with install for a price of 4,600. Is this a good value? I'm clueless when it comes this subject and like anybody do not want to get ripped off. Any advice and suggestion are greatly appreciated.

I think that price is in line with what others posted here. If you want to shop around take a look at the Pacific Energy Neo 2.5 for a contemporary, mid-size stove.

I had mine installed in January of 2014 and it came to around 1700 for installation and 2500 for the unit. We ended up having to buy the extension kit for the stove, as it would have taken a lot of work to get the matrix to fit, so it was around 4,300 for everything.
