Not because of the heat...
it's because it's 1st time I sprayed the Whole inside with cooking Spray back in May
and want to see if someone calls[ hope not] the Fire Dept due to The excessive Smoke..
We are the only ones on our Street with any kind of Wood or Pellet Stove and last house at the end with exhaust coming out of the side and not a roof. No Houses across the street.
Maybe won't be that much... Never Coated it with spray before..

I don't know if we are the only ones but we are certainly the most noticeable. I've had neighbors come over asking about my stove after noticing all the smoke that happens during start up.

Yeah, last year my neighbor told me he sprinted over to my house with fire extinguisher in hand when he saw smoke coming from the front. He then remembered I had told him about getting rid of the wood stove and purchasing a new pellet stove. We had a good laugh about it, and I realized what a good neighbor I had. Got to give it to my neighbor, he's 80+ years old and in better shape than me!

Ours vents on the back side of the house where we don't have any neighbors (we border a huge field on that side :) ) so no one notices the smoke, but what is funny is when I do the leaf blower trick...depending on the wind, sometimes a giant dark smoke cloud can be seen drifting down the street!

What you use like a pam spray??

Stay away from Buttered flavor;lol.. just use the Plain Pam cooking spray.
what?! next you are going to say i shouldnt use the baking pam with flour built in arnt you? no fun at all!

A stove with a yeast infection.

I wish! I would love to have a little oven on top that I could bake a cake in while the stove burns away.
This actually brings up a question. I have been burning the last two weeks. But have only gone through 3 bags. How often does everybody clean in the shoulder season? I am new to a pellet stove and of course want to fiddle with it. I am resisting the urge, but I'm not sure what is actually necessary when it isn't burning often.

Any suggestions?

I typically vacuum my stove out every 10 bags or so. I clean the glass whenever it's gets dirty. It will get dirty faster if you run your stove on low.
