So you're still on the look out for pellet heists?;lol Those pellet pigs never quit!

Every chance I can, got to stay warm during the long icy cold, don't want to freeze dry like the wholly mammoths did runing from the deepening snows.

Divide your ages by two and you get mine.

I'll try to stay off your lawns, gentlemen. :)

Earl

Na, just be careful that when you are on our lawns we don't make off with your pellet stash or you step in our stash protection traps.

Try to steal my pellets, the only pellet you will leave with is the lead 9mm slug I will implant in your arse.

Good thing I have a big arse, you folks from MA usually can't hit the broad side of a barn and employe Mainer's to shoot the game you slow roast on the way back home.

So you think your going to get by these? DSCN0302.JPG 0719130814-00.jpg

A couple of nice big juicy steaks and no problem Bioburner. Besides I don't want your corn stash, my stove isn't rated to burn it. Some of us pigs would likely go for the corn but not me. :p

Wish I had a video of the meat salesman that showed up yesterday!

Good thing for me that I have a large target. A couple spare magazines help too.

Think that's called spray and pray:)

I watched a group from down his way do that in an open field one season many years ago. They must have needed to show their wives and girlfriends how hard it was to hit a deer, either that or explain why they didn't get anything spending the entire hunting expedition in camp playing cards and drinking.

I would have liked your post and the one with the pictures of your stash protection system but evidently I've used my like quota for the day.

67 here. 2 tons by hand to the basement. Currently cutting and splitting several cords (Oak, Ash, Hickory). Have plenty of Oak & Ash already seasoned. I just signed up for Medicare. The folks were shocked when I said I take no drugs. My 'drug' is a warm house in the dead of winter.
Same here.. turned 67 in July... No Meds. 4 tons Energex Hardwoods American in the basement and bring up 2 bags every other day..[1 at a time I confess]

I haven't played with Class "D's" in years. Manually loading mortars, trying to keep them cool, . . Fun! I still have all of my fingers.

I will be 70 in November! Todays work at mother in laws. We brought the pallets to the window on the porch.Brother in law and I took turns handing them through the window and stacking. 5 ton-250 bags in just over an hour. Not ready to give this up yet!

I'm 62. Total newb to the pellet thing. Is there an age limit when lugging those bags to the heater? My back's been good, lately anyway.
I'm 64 and stacked 5 tons in my shed by myself. 1 bag at a time though. I can't tuck a bag under each arm any more.

Trust me it is easier than 50 pound bags of chicken feed or 48 oval cans of sardines, or cases of can covers (read boxes of metal), or 60 pound bags of concrete mix, and my number one favorite 100 pound sacks of rock salt with one foot on the dock and the other on a boat.
That last one is VERY SCARY! What the heck are you doing with rock salt on a boat???? That's a lot of ice cream!

71 here and I take a bucket at a time from my sifter.
Of course, I would be remiss and disappoint my detractors here if I didn't point out that if you were hauling coal with twice the btu's, you'd only have to haul half as much!!! :) :p
