Need help with my Harman P61A

would someone be kind enough to post a picture of the back of the stove with the cover on so I know exactly where the panel is?

The panel is obvious, you'll see it. Right rear of stove as you face it but its on the side. Two screws to loosen and you slide it off.
Your stove is not sensing vacuum so even in test mode the auger will not turn. Double check the ash pan door at the bottom, the firebox(glass) door, and the hopper lid to BE SURE THEY ARE CLOSED AND SECURE. Any one of these three will cause the condition you have. Hang in there.
