Harman P series door latch adjustment

I just installed new door gaskets on both the main door and the ash compartment door on my Harman P43. With the new gaskets the main door will now not latch when closed. I know my door latch is adjustable. I found the set screw in the latch paw and completely removed it. I soaked the latch assembly with PB Blaster but I still can not get the latch paw to slide out or off the handle shaft. Am I missing something?

I think there is 2 set scews.. 1 on top of the other

I'll have to look at it again when I get home from work. Never thought about there being a second set screw under the first.
