Last year's story. on wait list canawick brick. no call that they had arrived at their store. I called they were in, paid picked up 1/2 ton. I told them I'd be back in a couple of days to pick the balance which was totally paid in full. two days later, none available? after considerable bitching, got my other 1/2 ton.
this year again on wait list, no call they were in. once again I call. low and behold they had arrived. pay and pick a 1/2 and tell the sales person i'll be there to pick balance in a day or so. he tells me don't take to long , we need the warehouse space. I think it is a case of not having a system to store paid for pellet and brick, at least I hope that's what it is.
I guess you pester them and you'll get your pellets. otherwise borrow a pickup and deal face to face. for what it's worth, the sales person told me that they expect tight deliveries this year as well. there web site shows they are already short on many pellets brand not available
