Grandpa hinge pin replace?

Easy way to do this as in a simple way to get a pin replacement .?Like using a shoulder bolt or something ?
May not have posted in best place before . Will mic it tomorrow

Yep, I grind the flats round, then chuck the bolt in a drill and rotate slow with drill against a running grinder wheel. Rounds the head right up to look like a rivet head.
