Cooking With A Gasification Boiler.

Seen pictures of an outdoor wood fired bake oven where once the fire brick structure is hot and once the fire dies down do your baking .
The Jetstream with its large refractory base is the same thing after a batch burn.

Your looking down to the bottom of the refractory burn chamber .Dinner rolls.

Baked potatoes.

Things cooked in the burn chamber have that outdoor fire roasted flavour .

Shake and bake chicken & baked potatoes .


Garlic roasted potatoes .


Forget what seasoning I used on these potatoes , but they rival any chips bought in a bag!

Small broiling chicken .

The potting soil does not sound to be that good to eat .
I used to do manifold cooking on the loader at work , but gave up because I would always forget and my lunch would be a Burnt Offering!

There's another wood burning forum that I'm on that has a cooking section . Several members have bake ovens much like with your and with a wide verity of recipes, for me lots of fun.
