Help with installing DSP with existing chimney piping

I'm a complete noob to wood stove but I can at least install the DSP from the stove to the chimney piping. I have to by a chimney adapter and was wondering what is the difference between the Selkirk Metalbestos 256240 6-Inch DSP Chimney Pipe Adapter (Model# 256240) and the SuperVent 6 inch Black-Painted Galvanized Steel Adapter (Model #: JSC6ASE). ( I need one of those twist and lock adapters which both look like they are. I'm guessing here that the chimney pipe is also Supervent but honestly since it was there when i bought the house i have no idea how to check. The DSP i'm using indoors is Supervent which i think is made by Selkirk. Any help is super appreciated.

So i found some stove pipe in the shed that the previous home owner i believe used to install the stove inside. I found what looks to be an adapter to the class A pipe and was hoping some of you experts can tell me what type of piping i need or have installed simply by the attributes of the pipe. I look and could not find any stickers or anything to tell me what type of piping I have or need.

The pipe opening in the house (i think its the thimble) where iI need to connect my dvp pipe too is the first image. the opening is about 7 3/4 inches but it 8 inches on the inside. I tried to put the adapter i found in the shed but its so rusted that its hard to fit in. But at least i think it the type of piping i need and also dont' think it supervent.

I've attached a bunch of pictures below of the opening in my ceiling. the adapter i found in the shed and another small DSP pipe (a 30 degree) that was connected to the adapter showing the divets and crimped end. These DSP don't look to be screwed in together instead they look like they are twisted and locked in. Anyone know what brand this is i would appreciate the help. The last two pictures is the class A pipe that the adapter was connected to.looks like a tee? Not sure how they installed this on the inside.

thanks steve for the response it is in pretty bad shape the pipes i found in the shed which is why i don't want to use them and find what they are. Any idea what the brand name of the adapter is? The double wall pipe i found that attaches to the adapter to the wood stove is different then the supervent that i had bought (i know stupid to buy before knowing what it was). they didn't connect with screws but by twisting and locking them with divets on the one end and cripped on the other.

Is there anyway i can find out what brand adapter it is so I can buy a new one along with the proper piping to connect to my woodstove?

Thanks dieselhead. So ii have supervent which i guess is not the same as selkirk by a product of selkirk? Is the adapter a specific type of selkirk or is that impossible to tell from the picture. I guess if I bring it to someone that is in the business they should be able to tell me with certainty what it is and where i can get it.

I thought is was that one but there seems to be a difference in the height which mine is 4 inches high and the crimped end of mine has a sleeve over it. the MetalBest you have in the link looks like it would also tie into my double walled supervent pipe. I might just order it and return it if it doesn't work.

okay i realized what i said was stupid. i have doubled wall pipe to connect to the stove pipe to the chimney which is made by selkirk. I realized that the black pipe is all selkirk and not supervent or superpro or metalbest (i think that just refers to the chimney pipe)

i think i know what the previous owner did. They had the chimney pipe (the pics attached) come right into the house below the ceiling thimble with an adapter then the double wall black pipe elbow to allow for 2 inch clearance to the wall (there was no heat shield). I'm assuming the chimney pipe is selkirk. Its 8 inches in diameter 6 inches crimped inside and 1 1/8 overlap on each end. So if that is the case then i can get the selkirk metalbest chimney adapter to tie into my double wall stove pipe.

I think its supervent.
