Lopi Sprit Replacement

After 14 years I need to replace my Lopi Spirit 38,000 BTU free standing propane stove.

I am eying either the Heat & Glo Tiara II http://www.heatnglo.com/Products/Tiara-II-Gas-Stove.aspx

or the Jotul GF 600 DV Firelight http://jotul.com/us/products/stoves/discontinued-wood-stoves/jotul-gf-600

I am attempting to heat a cabin that is 1800 square feet.

Anybody out there have an opinion on either, both and/or other suggestions?

Both those stoves are under 70 percent efficient. If this is to be the primary source of heat, given the cost of propane that sounds pretty expensive.

In the "configuration" tab, hit "freestanding" to eliminate fireplaces and inserts and just get the numbers for freestanding gas stoves.

I cannot seem to locate the efficiency rating on the Enerchoice P4 ratings link....

I believe that the Enerchoice P4 rating is the same thing as the Energuide rating listed on the Regency website you linked: 68.34 percent for NG and 69.72 for LP. That's immediately below Regency's efficiency numbers of 85 percent for both fuels.
