I'm assuming you meant to say Accentra. And I'm also assuming you're asking about the distribution (room air) fan speed. There is an adjustment knob labeled STOVE TEMP/ROOM TEMP H/L and on mine there is also a high/low switch inside the small cabinet for the controls. The combustion fan speed is not adjustable.

It's described pretty well in the manual. You should also read this thread on the forum:

thanks for responding so quickly..I am getting creosote on the front door and trying to see if the flame will burn hotter. I have read where some type of airflow adaption can be added.

The glass on my Accentra stays crystal clear. How's your stove vented?

Not sure, good air flow I guess. My old Invincible stays soot free for a long time as well, so I just assumed that was a trait of all Harmans. Maybe your door gasket is not sealed well for some reason, have a good look at that.

Post photos of your glass/flame. Is this a new stove or old stove. Do you have a pro come and clean it?

Hi...I replaced the gasket before starting burning this year..I have the stove professionally cleaned before the start of the burning year and clean the stove every 2 weeks. The stove is vented to a pipe going to the roof. The stove is nine years old.

You might want to double check that the "professional" did a proper cleaning of the venting and entire exhaust path. Their could be an animal nest or something else restricting the exhaust even if it has been cleaned of soot. Are you burning quality pellets?
Hi Justin thanks for getting back. I cleaned the vent myself and it is clear. I have tried different pellets (supposedly high rated) and all produce the creosote. I was hoping the new door gasket would solve the problem, however no difference occurred. I have been running the stove on the low setting and we do not use the room temp setting.

Perhaps your expectations are too high. I get some buildup on my door and the glass will get cloudy after a couple of weeks. Then I'll shutdown the stove and do some light scraping and clean the glass. About once a month I'll use the shop vac. I'll then have to do a full cleaning after about 2 tons of pellets. I scrape the burn pot every time I add a bag of pellets.

I don't expect my stove to look pristine during the burn season.

You should be more concerned about the lack of a fireproof hearth pad under your stove. It's required by the building codes in my part of the country.

A surge protector to protect the stoves more delicate electronics probably in order too.

He has the factory bolt on base extension, legal.

I see that now. Thanks for pointing that out. It blends in so nicely with the rest of the stove it's unnoticeable.

thanks all for taking the time to respond...and reminding me to reinstall the surge protector.

My only thought would be to use the stove top glass cleaner? I haven't used it, but I've read that it
will close the pores in the glass so it doesn't get dirty as quick. If you've been using it for so long then
the factory finish might be off the glass. I'm not an expert here just going on what the dealer said
when they installed it and from reading.

Found out here last winter to use rutland #84,after cleaning glass, that glass stays cleaner longer and easier to clen next time.
