Thanks for the feedback. I was hoping they would've fixed their issues and go back to the pellets that they were once well known for. I guess they'll still heat up your home.... You'll just need to scape the burnpot once or twice a day.

Just added more Cubex to the hopper so I don't run dry overnight, and there was a big clod of pulp from the machine die that fell in. If I didn't see and grab it, it would have gummed up the works overnight for sure! This happened to me one other time with a bag of Vermonts, and that caused my pellet drop door to jam.
