Dry Creek pellets ....not a fan!

Talk about clinkers! Not very happy with Dry Creek pellets...never had this problem with Englander pellets.i have 4 tons too burn.have too clean my stove every 5 days now I guess. image.jpg

I know the train left the station here, but I will ask..:
did u try a few bags before you bought 4 tons?
Great pictures of clinkers there... are they actually Hard?
 
yep, very ashy pellet. I didn't have clinker problems with them. just lack of heat and more ash than a crematory lol
 
I used them and a co worker used them last year and we also are not fans.
 
My supplier normally had Englander pellets,this year for some reason they were cut off from them.so the Dry Creek was the other option.not May company's deliver in my area with fork lift.so I went with Dry Creek.but now I know I have to check burn pot every couple of days.
