25pdv e2 code

Bought a used 25PDV stove made in 07. getting an E2 code about 10 seconds after pushing the on button. I've reset the mode to d, adjusted the codes to 6-4-1, reset the control board, jumped out both pressure switches, replaced the combustion blower, done diagnostics, can't seem to get anywhere. I've read other threads for about a week and learned alot, but want this thing running. the convection blower starts up when it E2's. Any help would be greatly appreciated

So, one would think control board right. Just don't want to order one and then not need it.
