I haven't had any issues with condensation yet, I have only been burning for 3 days.
I had to fit this boiler into the space I had for my old Buderus wood boiler. So I am a little close on my clearance to the cyclone but the boiler is surrounded by non combustible walls. I can get around the cyclone and have plenty of space at the back of the boiler to service the fan and rear door.
Thanks for all the advice. It's so nice to have a wood boiler again!

Looks like you had a coal stoker, with the bags of coal in the background, what did you run?

That chimney doesn't look like stove pipe ?

The chimney is 24 gauge galvanized, but it's brand new maybe that's why it doesn't look like it.

The Buderus was a huge waste of wood and was very hard to control. So when I found a great deal on this boiler I jumped on it. So far I am very happy, the Buderus required filling every 6 hours. I am getting almost double that with the wood gun!

Good luck with the galvanized, when I bought the WG they told me in no uncertain terms to go SS and not galvanized.

Good deal??!! You STOLE that thing, thats an AMAZING DEAL!

Yep 12 hours between burns sounds right with a full fire box.
On real cold overnights I will load it full and get 8 hours.
During the day I load half a box before work and wife will check on it until I get back.
Glad to hear she's humming along.
