So I have been using Super Cedars based on the recommendation of this site. They work great and i don't have to get kindling any more to start a fire. But that is not why I am here....

I went to order more and well there was a mix up in the order. They sent the 36 instead of 72. In this day and age i expected a hassle to get it fixed. Nope. They took care of it in one email.

Talk about awesome service that you never see anymore.

service like that goes a long way. There is some statistic out there, I wont bother to Google it, but its something like "every unhappy customer tells 12 people about his experience, every happy customer tells 2" . I think the people who relate good experiences also tell folks something about themselves. I am happy that you shared.

I have overwhelmingly positive experiences with customer service personnel because I treat them like human beings. If you call up and are confrontational, you're going to get poor service. The person in a call center listening to you complain is not responsible for your problem, and they're only going to be bothered to truly fix it if you show them some respect and courtesy. I deal with people daily in my job, and the people who complain the most, get the worst service. Every. Time.

I am also a huge fan of Super Cedars.

I can identify and agree with everything you wrote. What gets me the most....baffles me to no end...are people who treat servers at restaurants poorly or with little respect. BEFORE their food is prepared.
