I am thinking about putting a register above the stove in the basement to help get heater upstairs. Does anyone have any links to where I might get one at? Thanks in advance for any info.

The fusible link is normally not in the register, but in the sleeve that goes between floors. Atlanta Supply has fusible link fire dampers here:

You might consider also adding cold air returns on an outside wall or two that feed into the stove area. If you do, size the supply damper and register to roughly equal the area of the returns if possible.
