Also post a pic of your wood if you can. It may need to be split smaller especially if too wet. I would also recommend setting aside your driest wood in a separate pile. I've had good luck in past making sure the bottom 1/3 is the driest and using the wetter for the top 2/3. Also anything too long should be on top. My bottom few pieces are always shorter so they don't bridge. Try my startup procedure if you want as well.
1. I use thin cardboard (ie. from beer/pop, grocery packaging) torn up in small strip 4x4" maybe over the nozzle. A 24 pack is plenty for one start. Lay kindling or just a few very small very splits over the cardboard and light with bypass and bottom door open and fan off.
2. I let this run for 10-15" while I bring in wood, clean out ash, etc. It's not enough wood to overheat should you get sidetracked but it will get the chimney hot and turn those few pieces red hot giving a nice bed of hot coals.
3. Close the lower door. Wait about 2 secs then carefully open the top door just a crack at first. The airflow should now change from upward to downward thru the nozzle and exit up the firetubes with just the chimney draft (fan still off).
4. I have my wagon close and quickly load using shorter, drier pieces for the bottom 1/3, higher moisture wood on top, and any long or awkward pieces on top. I don't get any smoke out the door doing it this way.
5. Close door, close bypass, and start fan. Gasification is usually instant but my take a few minutes on how cold boiler is. I keep my fan at 50% all the time now but I'm trying to match my heat load since my storage is not connected. An initial higher speed like Huff does or higher overall might be just fine especially with storage. The pump launch temp should be 165 to 170 also.

If your wood is less than ideal moisture wise I would try opening the primary slides alot more than 12mm.

Do you have a danfoss for boiler temp protection?
