Hi All, we're new to pellet stoves and need help. We bought a Ravelli RV80 and the operations manual is in English but poorly translated from Italian. It doesn't explain well how to program the stove (right now all we get is one speed regardless of the fact that the room is warmer than the temperature we set it at!). Does anyone have any advice or direction on how to program the stove? We'd welcome any help at all!

Hi Joanne and congrats on the stove. If your running the stove in manual mode, you'll need to increase or decrease the power setting to your desired level. If your running in Tstat mode and would like the stove to shut down after it makes temp you'll need to go into chrono mode and turn it on. You can also program the stove for daily and multiple settings. If you need more help feel free to email me and I can walk you through it.

Nice stove. I have an older Ecoteck / Ravelli, and can also help if you have questions.

The RDS model you have needs an initial set-up by the installer, so that the stove "learns" the flow restriction characteristics of your particular exhaust system that was installed.

From who did you buy the stove from?

Send me your email thru the message function of this forum, and I can send you the Tech Manual for the stove.

The manual I found on-line is a mix - mostly English but some parts are Italian. Interesting redesign on how they have set up the ducting... different from the Elena. Better design?

Thank you! Yes, we want to run it in the Tstat mode....we'll give it a try this weekend and email you afterward. I appreciate your help!

Hi, we purchased it in Franklin MA without installation. As soon as I figure out how to send you an email thru the message function I would greatly appreciate the tech manual!
