Problems with Big E?

Hi everyone,

We've owned a Breckwell Big E for about a year now and have had a ton of problems with it - so far, we've had to replace the convection blower twice and the control panel once. We've been running the stove with the new control panel for barely a week and now, it seems that this control panel is also defective.

I keep reading about how great these stoves are, but we're just about ready to put a sledgehammer to ours because we've had nothing but problems since we bought it. >:-( And don't even get me started on maintenance and how often we have to clean the freakin' thing...

Has anyone else experienced problems with theirs?

Thanks for the tip. We did contact Breckwell several times and they have been awesome, no complaints at all there. I'm just really disappointed in their product and was curious if anyone else experienced the same problems.
