I have had this pellet stove for almost 7 years and have had no problems with it until this past week... it just stopped working. I pressed the start button and the auger turned twice and a click came from it and it shut off. I did this repeatedly and with the same result. anyone ever had this happen? what was the problem? thanks sooo much!

Welcome to the site. Hopefully someone with direct experience with this stove can chime in. Do you have a manual possibly having a flow chart for trouble shooting problems? Did the exhaust fan come on? Have he door gaskets been checked for proper fullness to prevent air into burn chamber? AKA the dollar bill test here. Good vacuum needed to close vac switch on most stoves to complete the auger motor circuit.

7 years... Ever clean it out under the access panels? Bet the auger drive is shot. They do wear out.

Will need more information to make a informed diagnoses
It sounds like a jammed auger
Here is a link to the service manual

Have you tested the auger motor checked to see it the auger is jammed? Has it had or does it need a full cleaning ?
Does your control board have a feed button ? If it does hold it in to see if auger will feed
If it doesn't Try empting the hopper and check to see it the auger is jammed
It should move back and fourth a little bit .When you start it does the combustion blower come on ?
When it stops do all the lights on the control board go out and combustion fan stop ?

Yes I have cleaned everything.. I bypassed the vacuum switch and it starts. Doesn't seem to have enough air. Now the fan doesn't want to come on. I'm going to replace the vacuum switch and fan and see what happens..

Whoa, define everything.

Does it include removing the combustion blower? How about the convection blower? Have you closed the damper by accident? Did you clean the vent cap, if you have an OAK is there anything stuck in that or where it exits the house? and so on ...?

When were the door and hopper lid gaskets last replaced? Before you start throwing in expensive parts let's make sure they are needed. There are other things that can cause a unresponsive vac. switch. If you have a rubber hose attached to the switch it must be cleaned out along with both ends where it attaches. I'm not knowledgeable on you particular stove just offering general info that works for most stoves.

Maybe somebody with your particular stove will chime in.
