M55 flame question/possible problem

All,
I have been noticing recently that a lot of burn flame has been concentrated outside the left hand side of the burnpot. It doesn't catch the combustion blower, so it looks lazy. The rest of the flame is inside the burn pot and looks fast and crisp. Anything of concern here? I just did a tear down cleaning along with the leafblower trick this morning, so it's not about being plugged with ash or anything. Thank you,

if there's nothing obviously wrong with the burnpot (warped) and it's seated down into the cradle all the way, I'd say not to worry about it. You might want to just take a close look at the edge of the burnpot liner to make sure its sitting down all the way and not allowing the combustion air to out the sides instead of through the pellets. A dead giveaway is that the latch is more snug than usual.
 
My GCI60 has a left flame bias if you will. I'm not sure if it's a feed issue or the way the air moves through the firebox. I have read that others with this stove(GC60 and M55; both insert and freestanding) have the same issue.
 
i have the vistaflame vf55 which is very similar to your stove and it has the same burnpot.after i clean the pot i get that lazy flame exiting on both sides of the pot because some pellets fall to the left and right side.once a bit of ash has built up from the stirrer pushing it to the sides the lazy flame slowly diminishes.the ash on the side of the pot stops pellets from burning in that area.
