hey did you switch the auger motors? did it make a difference? i was thinking you might have a 4 rpm motor.. when that stove needs a 1 rpm

Actually I was gone this weekend , I did swap the motors when I got home today and there was no difference so they must both be the 1RPM correct motors.

I am at a loss , at this point the stove is good for a few hours until it overheats , then we just shut it down . Just shut it down about an hour ago , temp above the door was 657 degrees ..........

Oh well , Thank you to all that have responded and tried to help , I do really appreciate taking your time to try to help a newbie .

I would have expected Mike to have stepped in by now, however I haven't seen any sign of him on here since the middle of last week and on another forum since last Thursday, he may either be straight out at work or sick, it isn't like him to miss a thread here on one of his stoves.
