I have a New Rika Integra II Insert that started throwing the ER3 message after only a few months. I have run about 1 ton of Lowes Green Supreme pellets since October (yes, we started it early).
Setup:
I did buy a ton of Pennington pellets but didn't see much of a difference burning those either.
The stove was new and installed in August so please don't tell me to do an annual cleaning since I've barely burned a ton in this stove.
I have other questions, but I'd like to keep the stove on for longer than 24 hours first. What am I doing wrong?
Setup:
- Inserted into a fireplace in the living room
- 3" flex tube all the way up the chimney
- Not using an outside air source
- The holes in the pot are almost always open
- Nothing obstructing the air intake vents on the front of the stove.
- I changed the Cleaning cycle from 60 minutes to 30 hoping it would clean the pot more and allow more air in but it hasn't made much of a difference
