All sorts of different wood. Cut in the dark. Grabbed what was easy. All free so already a plus
 
Such a bummer. Massive amounts of wood. Heading to chipper tomorrow. Had to go out and get some just to not feel bad. New sewer system getting put in. Might be a good source of wood coming in next few months
 
I think there is some sassafras in there....
 
I was going to guess Black Locust at first but after a few looks I'm not so sure now. BL is yellow, and that looks more white.
 
Yeah I don't think locust. There was a nice locust but it had to be rolled and was in the mud. To difficult for an after work at night scrounge
 
I think the first photo is locust, and there is a piece of pine in the last picture.
 
Don't know if the pictures could be any worse for identification.
