Is it worth $100 for the m-tronic and easy start? I'm 36 so plenty of oomph left, but glad to spend the extra cash if it's really worth while. Also, I'm in central Nebraska so no altitude, but plenty of weather changes (humidity etc) is that makes a difference with the m-tronic.

All feedback on the MS 362 C-M is awesome.

I'd probably spring for it, and I'm pretty confident tuning a saw.

I know the 362 CM comes with the HD air filter which I think is a significant improvement over the standard air filter in the 362. I went with the 261 over the 362 a couple of years ago partly for that reason. I don't know how easy it is to replace the standard 362 filter with an HD filter.

We'll, I'm going from an echo 530 so should be a great jump! At least I hope. Had my dealer price me out the 362cm, case, extra chain, chaps, helmet, and bar oil. $952. I think I could do a bit better elsewhere, but their service is excellent!

CM for sure! That's what I have and it made doing the muffler mod that much easier!

Good luck!

Brought home a new 362cm today. Ran one tank through it bucking a couple 12' long 16" logs. Much different feel than my echo cs530! How to get a few tanks thru it over the next couple weeks. If it keeps getting better, im not sure how much bigger my grin can get. ;)
