Hi folks. Well, I changed the combustion motor (bearings were going), changed vaccum switch which was shot (feed motor wasnt feeding at all) changed ESP, and changed distro motor (just plain old). Pellets still feed slow and the flame remains around 4 -5 inches high on room or stove temp. Put feed and temp dials all the way up and nothing changes...changed circuit board and still no change. The hopper slide seems to only move a little, but doesnt seem jammed. any insights or ideas would be much appreciated..thanks all

This is all on a Harman Accentra fee standing unit
 
Sounds to me like the feed mechanism is gummed up. I would pull the auger and slide plate and clean all the sticky gunk that is likely to be there. You have essentially replaced everything, I would start looking at the feed mechanism at this point.
 
yeah, I saw that on the interweb somewhere...OK, back to Google to figure out how to do that and the latex gloves going back on
