I have recently purchased a used 25pdvc my issue is the pellets dont feed fast enough. And then the stove goes into shut down mode. I have installed like the manual stated. Any ideas what the problem may be?

I'm not familiar with your stove but there's an adjustment for the feed rate. Look in your manual and try to adjust it up maybe to feed more.
There are many here that will help you out and many who have your model. Did you get an owners manual with it? Read up in there. If not go to Englander's site and they have them there as downloads.
Someone experienced with your set up will chime in soon.

On start-up "SU" run top numbers at 5-5 then adjust to desired temp after stove leaves start up mode "SU"
Bottom 3 numbers should be 641. If that don't solve your issue then you need to call ESW tech dept before you start messing with the modes etc.
Btw, did you purchase this "brand new"?

True, but some stoves 2007 and above do not show you what mode you are currently in, they do a hard reset to another mode then you have to change it to d....mine when doing a reset shows A then I have to change it....I would always call ESW before changing/resetting your modes for the first time, I have seen too many people on this forum changing modes then getting into a real mess.

By going by the OP's post I bet it is a setting issue not a mode issue. Either he/she is starting it on a low fuel feed below 5 or on heat range 1 or both. Been there done that.

Another problem or two that may be responsible.
The stove will stay in startup for 20 minutes. If it hasn't made proof of fire by then, it goes into shutdown.
Two things that can interfere with the process.
The first has multiple causes:
If the fire hasn't built fast enough for the proof of fire temperature to be met. That could be caused by poor combustion due to a blocked vent or OAK. It could also be caused by gasket leaks causing poor combustion.
A slow start can be caused by the igniter being too close or to far from the small hole at the back of the firepot. This setting is a bit sensitive.
The second thing is proof of fire thermocouple not being screwed down tight. It can't get hot if it isn't touching the firebox.
We know nothing about your setup or how the stove is burning, so everything here is just a shot in the dark. Tell us what is going on and we may be able to offer more focused help.
