i have a quadrafire 5100 insert In the area below the ceramic blanket, it has firebrick rather than the fiber board
baffle on the newer stove mine was made in 2000 i can't find an owners manual for that year, and am not sure if i should replace the brick with the fiber board when i refurbish the stove. The blanket and the brick needs to be replace. also the design is a little different, and so the instructions for current models for replacing the blanket etc don't apply to this older stove. Any help with getting a manual, or info from someone who has an older stove like this, would be much appreciated

thanks

I would contact a local quad dealer and order the correct parts for that model and year of stove whether it's a ceramic baffle or bricks. They should know what it takes and might have parts in stock. 2000 isn't that old
