On top of that it looks like maple, not oak.....
 
Doesn't say how much wood but it would need to be WAY more than a cord for $250. The wood may not be seasoned but it looks really good if you can get it for a really good price and stack it away for a couple of years.
 
I can not see even a stick of oak in those photos. It does appear to be a lot of EAB Ash however.
