Couldn't find it anywhere but is it possible to remove the comb blower without removing the ven t pipe?

Depends on your set up. Most stoves you can just slide the top part of the back right over the pipe out of the way far enough to remove the blower. kap

Corner install so maybe I guess. There is one permanent bolt in the back top left corner which holds it on there. I presume u are saying to bend the right side out as much as it'll flex.

My stove is a corner install and I can do it with it. No flexing. It all comes apart and off. Follow instructions in your manual to take back off. Page 32. Not that hard. There is no bolt. It is all screws to remove to take backs off. What year stove do you have? kap

Hello

I put a Low Drafter blower in my Contour/Santa Fe with a Kozi impeller blade and the ash flys out of the fire pot so I hardly ever have to clean it!

Just looking to clean it this time. It's burning rich and I cleaned everything but comb motor so far

I would think more dirty stove or exhaust pipe with that new of stove. I haven't touched a newer style Sante Fe yet. kap

Got it apart as u said. Easy but many screws. Time to source a gasket...my dealer is an hour away and paying 27$ is ridiculous.

Either way it was clean inside and still have an air issue...probably a bird again somewhere :(

I just did a Sante Fe today. Filthiest stove i have ever seen. Took me a while to get it totally serviced. Even the heat exchanger tubes were almost totally plugged. Took exhaust fan off and conv fan to clean.I could get you one cheaper, but it would take a while. Make sure you get the new red rubber one that is reusable. It is worth the money. kap

Now kap, you know the drill brother, "pics, or it didn't happen". :) Just tell your customer you'll make them famous on the Pellet Forum !

LOL Don't know how to post em, even if I took em. Don't want pics. I'll have nightmares the way it is! LOL

Yeah I saw the red rubber looking one. I'll try getting that one. Those fiberglass gaskets suck.

On a side note I made a hook with thick gauge wire which cleans exchange tubes very well.
