The auger turns enough to fill up the burn pot and ignite, then the distribution fan comes on like normal. As soon as that happens, it should try to ramp up by feeding pellets. It seems to only be feeding enough to keep it at a low flame.

After a couple of feed cycles, the feed motor LED stays lit even after the motor stops turning. Eventually the LED goes out after a bit, and the same thing happens again... a few feed cycles, then the motor stops but the feed LED stays lit up. Not sure if that's normal or not.

Anyways, there's fire, but it's not hot. Doesn't seem to matter how high I turn the temp dial, it stays at a very low burn. Even on stove temp, cranked to the max... a very minimal flame.

The flame is not lazy, so there's no airflow issue. The entire system was just cleaned thoroughly. Been running this stove for 4 years now without a problem, so I know somethings not right. Any ideas?

Try cleaning the ESP probe. It is easily removable. Possible you may need a new probe.

And after you GENTLY clean the ESP, what are your stove settings, all of them please?

Yup the ESP probe is clean. I guess that's the likely culprit? Seems it would be that or the control board (I'm thinking maybe the temp pot is bad?)

Settings don't seem to matter. Room temp or stove temp L or H, temp dial set to a normal temp or max, it just doesn't matter. Feed is set to 3.5 usually, but even cranking that up doesn't help.

Turns out the fines cover wasn't seated properly. I had double and triple checked that it was on properly after my recent cleaning, but it took taking it off and putting it back on again to be able to tell that it was not.

Props to this post for cluing me in to check again. https://www.hearth.com/talk/threads/harman-p43-control-board.115111/#post-1538956
I can put my fines cover on correctly and yet I still check with flashlight to make sure it's hooked right at the top.. OCD but I sleep better.>>
