....so my buddy just drove up, truckful of black locust slabwood(from last year 2013),
checked m.c. 19% ;)

8'x5'x3' = 120cb ft, all bucked to 19" lengths and all split in half logs. - $50.

he has 5-6 more loads....==c...ALL MINE

Wow I'd take as much as he has. Are you going to split it into smaller pieces?

I already split some of the chunkier pieces and everything is stacked in my pallet racks.
Under the pile, there were two black walnut heartwood rectangular chunks as well..unsplittable..in straight logs anyhow.
All together split small and stacked tight, It was about 75 cubic feet.
Waiting for the next load today..
