I was on Google looking for a problem I am having with my PDV 25 and found this site. Also found an answer to my problem. It was in the thread found here about feed rate to high, and thanks to Mike I have now lowered the burn rate so I should see a huge reduction in my pellets. Thanks.

Welcome. The great people on this site have helped me many times

Welcome to the site
you can log out anytime you like but you can never leave

It's called Low Fuel Feed. 1st button on left at bottom. Factory was set at 6 and I was going through a bag in 12 hours at the 1 heat setting. I have now set it to 3 and will now raise the heat setting when needed.

Don't scare them away ... Welcome to the forum! Mike is the expert tech from Englander. We have techs familiar with stoves from other stove companies too. Feel free to search. Just be warned - there is so much to read and learn, it will take you many days :)

PS - Just hope your sense of humour is in place as there is no shortage of jokers either!

Well I am impressed now. Since making that adjustment I am getting 32 hours straight burn from a bag of pellets.
Outside air temp is +5c
Inside side temp 19-21c
Pellet stove setting 1-1

Mine was 6 from the factory and I dropped it to 5, 4 when the temps are not too low. I may try 3 sometime, but thought it would be way too low.
