I made the mistake of buying 3 tons Green suckspremes they are really poor,lots of ash and very little heat. I picked up a ton of stove chow and they burn significantly hotter and cleaner. I'll try not to make that mistake again.

and I was willing to deal with all that all I wanted was a voucher for product I had to throw away recently because home depot had no stock left and all they kept talking about was there pfi rating . Talk about full of yourselfs

Feeling the Heat
To be fair id figure i would update you on the situation at hand. After having a conversation with the plant manager and explaining to him the situation and why i was mad about throwing away product with nothing in return he listened to what i said ,asked me for a pellet bag be mailed in and then fixed the situation. Today i received what i was looking for a check for me to get the 10bags of product i was looking for that i lost to moisture. I thank them and appreciate what they did. we can move forward now that they stood up and made things right. That goes along way
