My auger on my Integra II is starting to make some groaning sounds. I cleaned the auger out, and think its one of the bushings. I read someone said Mcmaster has the bronze bushings, but I can't find the part number. Does anyone know where I can get both bushings from? bronze, not grey metal
Thanks!

Have you tried lubing them with a dab of high-temp grease? Perhaps the surfaces on the auger just need cleaning where they hit the bushings.

I did try high temp grease on the bushing and I'm still getting the noise. I tried swapping back to some spruce pointe pellets I had left over from last year. The noise went away. I think it's actually the Northerm Max (cubex) pellets from this year. I had a couple of Norther Max bags left over from last year, with those the stove is quite. Not sure why this years Northern Max are doing this...sadly I have 6 tons of them as I never had an issue with them before. It sounds like the pellets rubbing against the wall next to the auger as the auger is pushing...making a squeak/groan. It's off an on, so it must be certain pellets. I also tried breaking the pellet sup more with a giant stirrer on a drill.

It's definitely the pellets. Odd. So a friend and my father all both our Northern Max/Cubex pellets from the same place. Theirs smell and look just like the ones I've burned previous years. My 6 tons are have at least 2 different woods and are longer. None the same oak ones they have and I'm used too. Bummed. They all seems to make the noise in my stove. The oak they both have don't. Not sure how to get rid of 6 tons now....wish they'd take them back.
