We have cleaned our NPS 45 inside and out, installed a new igniter and also replaced the door gasket. The stove is 6 years old but has always run great. Lately we have noticed that the burn pot continues to get filled with pellets after several hours and they seem to choke off the air flow from the burn pot. Napoleon gives instructions on how to slow the rate down and we have tried this but it does not seem to help. Any ideas?

Assuming you have done a very thorough cleaning of your stove including removing the blowers and cleaning inside there cleaning out through the firebox access ports and run a brush down your venting. Next try bench test your combustion blower by connecting it directly to wall power and see if it spins at 3,000 RPM. With the blower unplugged you can also give the impeller blades a good flick with your finger, you should get a couple of revolutions out of it before it stops.
