Tried to fix a stove last night and it kicked my butt. Kept getting two errors first failure to start then loss of vacuum no matter what I jumped or tried replacing same errors. Was thinking about it again, what about the voltage coming in? They were using a extension.

It's possible, but not likely that your extension was causing the problem. These stoves don't really draw a lot of power (~350 watts on startup, ~150w while running). Even a 50' poor quality 16ga cord can supply 400w without signficant drop, this is equivalent to ~3.5A.
If you are getting both failure to start and loss of vacuum, you may be looking at a failing combustion motor, or a hole in the vacuum tube to the vacuum switch. If the vacuum switch isn't working, the upper auger won't feed pellets to the pot, causing failure to start.
I would check your vacuum switch and the tubing between the switch and the combustion motor. Also check to make sure that the hole where the tube connects is clear (after removing the combustion motor).

Wel if the stove won't start and also says ixnay on the vacuum situation and to even start the fire you need air flow past the ignter I vote for the stove system needs a really good cleaning with the full arsenal of stove torture devices, that once you have done that I'd be testing gaskets all around followed by something for the arthritis pain (this could also be a preventive measure), and checking the wiring just in case.
Sorry I haven't written on this again but the issue is resolved and was due to my error. I removed the wires from the pressure switch and failed to put them back correctly. Fortunately I got hold of a tech at Englander and he showed me the error of my ways.
