They're predicting 28" snow storm on Tuesday in se mass! Is this punishment for a inflategate [emoji15] .

Yes, they say this one could rival 78. We are hunkering down.

That storm was my introduction to wood heat. After the '78 blizzard my old man bought a wood/coal stove.

We got the lion's share a couple years ago. I think we got 33-36" depending on where you measured. Made the national news, that's hardly ever good. I know that's not any kind of a record for some but around here it rings the bell. Collapsed my garage roof it did. We handle decent sized snows around here pretty good but still not looking forward to this.

Current prediction puts us 10 miles out of the 3' jackpot area.

My local NWS office is saying this storm is comparable to the February 2013 Blizzard (dubbed "Nemo" by the Weather Channel).
Had the original hoping to pass on the sequel.

Named storms . . . when I was a kid we didn't name our storms . . . heck, when I was an adult we didn't name our storms . . . unless they were of the type that could take out several million dollar homes along the sea shore. ;) :)

It's a marketing gimmick by Weather.com and effective. You'll note that if you type Juno in Google the first hit takes you to their site.
