I have an Avalon Astoria FS mfg in 2006. It is in fairly good condition and is very reliable. My question, is there a place or resource which would tell me the approximate value of this pellet stove? As part of a divorce settlement I'm being asked for half of the original cost. I'm thinking with depreciation and current pricing this unit should be worth between $1000-$1800. Any feedback is appreciated.

My niece just paid $600 for one that she bought off craigslist, it came with the pad as well.

I sold my 4 year old Avalon Astoria 3 years ago for $1600.
Demographics plays a role here so it depends upon how rich your neighborhood is. :)
Giving it a fresh paint job like I did helped alot too!
