They give you a discount when you buy a ton. These pellets rock, I couldn't be happier! Make sure you get the AWF White Pine, don't let them give you something different. The bags look like this...

I would like to try these. Has anyone seen these in Central Maine?

Umm... Ok, I like them just fine. No complaints here yet. Just lots of heat and not much ash. Oh, I have one complaint, the plastic bags are a little weak, I ripped a hole in a couple bags while carrying them in the house...

Had to be moisture that caused the issue(s) with this brand. In my case, I burned about 20 bags last month and all bags had minimal fines, produced great heat and very little ash.

Both pallets I bought are loaded with fines but my stove just chews it up. I have 1 ton left and thinking I might need a little more to get through the rest of the season. Hope they show up closer to home again.

You can say that again. Id rather stick a screwdriver In my eye before buying these pellets again

GF used 1 bag, clogged stove up with ash and shut down. Just cleaned the whole thing last week. She was not impressed - had to turn up the " O " word.

These were probably the hottest burning pellet I used this year. Light fluffy ash, average fines. The Thermaglos I just picked up on the other hand.....uggh...ash mountains!!

Wet black soot. The last time I saw something similar was when I did hvac and those oil boilers would plug up with a wet oil soaked soot. Bad news. Instantly stopped burning these in fear of chimney fire and burning my house down. And yes I had a few bags. Very few bags. That had minimal fines and still burned horribly black. Never again

I agree, the hottest pellets I've burned as well. At first had a half bag/half bag mix with Cubex rated over 9,000btu's.. Out or Cubex and think the AWF burn hotter alone.
