Clean all of the stove, that means every place between just before the air intake until just after the vent termination.

That is the simple description, in reality you need to use brushes, high air flow devices, and something to dislodge clumped up and stick on ash. The usual culprit is behind the firebox walls, open all access ports, and insert brush, a piece of stiff wire whatever and go left, right, up, and down, use a proper vacuum in there as well, then get back in there with the brush, you need to do likewise around and through the heat exchanger as the air flow goes around it and to the left and right and down behind the fire box wall then joins back together and heads for the combustion blower cavity, this path needs cleaning as well, then there is combustion blower cavity, after which there is yet another shorter pathway to the vent system, the air flow has to be good all the way to outside the vent termination, a lot of folks have been know to forget to clean the vent cap. Follow up with a high air flow device place all access covers.

You likely have a damper on your system so I'd make certain that it was not finding itself blocked with ash or outside any slide-way.

been there done that in more detail then you decribed

Well let's see everything is hunky dory if you jump the switch but not if the switch is in circuit but you say the switch is fine.

Can you hear the switch pull in when the combustion blower starts up?

If it pulls in but the stove doesn't feed, you have a bad switch.

I fixed a P2700 yesterday with the same problem. The ash pan buckled out in the middle. So air was leaking like a siv even though the ash pan gasket was good. So I drilled 2 holes on the bottom front of the ash pan into the bottom frame and put in 2 nuts and bolts with lock washers. Before I put the bolts in I RTVed all around that frame bar on the inside where it was leaking air and in the front bottom corners where there were gaps in the sheet metal. Then tightened the nuts and bolts. The stove now works better than brand new! Also the vacuum switch does not trip anymore when I pull the damper rod out to give the pot more burn air!
Except there is sawdust all over the inside bottom of the stove, so I know it needs a new auger bearing to fix that!
