Piece fell out of new jotul

I noticed these metal pieces in the firebox and in looking around it seems it came from the top near the tubes. I can't imagine this is normal or ok for a new stove but I'm also not sure if it's a big deal?

Is that an F3? And are you sure it is metal? Looks like furnace cement that was sealing the secondary manifold.
 
its a little furnace cement used to glue the insulation board down for transport only
 
Cement ... no worries ... normal.
