I'm averaged 108 pounds a day for January or 84 bags. I don't think that's bad for what I'm heating.
I just did a winter to date average and since mid October 300 bags have been burned in about 100 days. That's easy, 3 bags per day average in a 3000 sq. foot cape with a heated but uninsulated cellar. Or about 120 pounds per day average. Although Jan. has been quite cold here and some days I'll burn nearly 5 bags!. Warmer days maybe 2 bags.

72 bags Harman p68 2350 sq/ft 3 floors

64 bags for January in northern VA with a Harman 52i. 1 ton of it was Turman pellets, the rest are Hamer's.. Heating over 4000 SQF as "heavy supplementary". Burned 176 bags this seasons so far in total - 3.5 tons.
