Hey folks,

Haven't really posted on here but I have sure enjoyed lurking the forum! But now I have a question. I've got a Dutchwest 2462 only about a year old and in great shape minus some small rust spots and standard wear/usage. Problem is it's wayyyy too big for my house. I don't need that amount of heat output and it's not set up right i.e. 8" flue collar going into a 6" pipe which is causing a major reduction in draft and smoke seepage during loading. So long story short I haven't a clue what I could get out of it so any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

$1600?

I have had mine hee in CT for sale for a few weeks at $1000 with no takers as of yet. Mine is a few years older than yours so it might make yours higher...

Bad timing. Winter is in the home stretch. Put it on craigslist for 1500 OBO and explain in detail why you are getting rid of it (too much stove, replacing it with another smaller stove). It may not sell however until next August/Sept when people start scrounging to find a good deal on a stove/wood before winter.
