I switched over from my shoulder pellets to my stash of super premium (as listed on the bag) Okanagan Gold. These are indeed the cleanest pellet I have ever burned. Great odor, bright white hot flame and after two bags, ZERO ash in my burn pot. Thanks CT Pellet!

I just started with the same pellets this week. I had burned one bag, then switched to Stove Chow for the weekend. I'm back to the Okies this week. As of now, I can't say is see much of a difference in heat or flame. And from what I can tell, they're ashier than the Chows. I'll have another update when I clean the stove in a few days and take a look at the burnpot.

Thanks for posting. It's really interesting to see the different results from the same pellets.

I got three tons of these for free with the purchase of my stove and I am very happy with them. They are the first ones I have ever run but my inlaws run cheaper pellets and i have noticed these have very fine ash and burn nice. I am a fan

The Palazzetti like the Harmans have advanced burn zone technology. My stove has an adjustable combustion air motor settings which lend to a more complete burn with less ash. The Okies are the first pellet I have burned in over 10 years that basically left nothing to clean out of the burnpot. Curious to see how they do after you clean the stove. Please keep us posted!

I'm able to adjust the combustion fan on my GCI60, but I haven't messed with it as of yet.

My stove was a little ashy this morning when I took a look. I ran a bag of different pellets and didn't load it fully last night; it shut off briefly this AM. Despite the ash, the burn pot looked really good.

So after going through three tons of the oakie golds I like the gray ash it was very fine. I needed another ton to finish the winter to it was HD stove chow or Maine woods down the street. I picked the Maine woods and the ash is a lot darker however they are sooooo much hotter than the oakies. I don't know what it is but the Maine woods heat my home much more even at a lower temperature setting.

I won't get the oakie golds again

The size of the Maine hardwood pellets are much smaller than the Okies. I had to increase my feed rate by a factor of one. Larger pellets don't occupy as mush space in the burn pot and one must compensate. I am having my best year heat and pellet consumption using the Okies!

I am having to do the exact opposite turn the feed down and the temp down. Not sure why maybe my stove is odd lol

I understand that since they are shorter more are in the pot and the flame is larger. Turning the temp and feed setting down to about where the flame was with the oakies I have done. With that being said its still warmer in the house and they both burn at just about the same rate. The mwp's do burn a tad faster I think but not by much.

That is kinda odd . My stove Is European and is a very hot pellet miser. I have been burning pellets for over 10 years now and have found the Okies and cleanfire pacifics the top two. Harmans are great, they love the cheapo stuff!

after burning the maine woods pellets for about 2 weeks I miss the Oakie Golds. They burned so clean and I had to clean the stove once every 2 weeks. Now The ash pan is full once a week. The heat is fine and they burn a tad faster than the Oakies but dirty dirty dirty !!
