Yeah another big green egg fan. I love mine also. Best thing I ever bought it's a lot of money but last grill / smoker you will ever buy

You said that nicely Warm Winters as I have tested out about every grill on the market charcoal, propane, natural gas, pellet. My buddy has two,an extra large and a medium,he built a cart on casters and wheels both out of the garage on it,one for appetizers and one for the main course, love my egg(large)with all the eggsesories and won't ever have anything else, going on three years now with mine.

One of the bread recipe books I own has plans to build a backyard wood fired oven . . . if only Madame DeFarge would agree . . .

I like to make my own pizza too, but it's too hot in the summer to fire up the oven. That looks nice just set it up outside and you can use the vegetables from the garden.

Agreed. Neat oven. It would be really nice to make a few pizzas, then cook some bread afterwards.

I think we need to send this over to the pizza forum now, pizza no matter what always taste great when its wood fired no matter what but I'm all ears(eyes) to what any seasonings in the crust you may use .

No seasoning in the crust except salt. No oil. Several days rest in the fridge to get great flavor. Sourdough starter if available. Check out this fantastic pizza technique website:
